Holiday cooking adventures: Side dishes

Buttermilk biscuits

Buttermilk biscuits

I didn’t have time to do a lot of cooking Sunday, but I did want to share some side dishes that I have posted previously that you could try for Thanksgiving,  One is roasted asparagus; one is a not-so-healthy biscuit recipe, but it is really good for holidays (which means, not every Sunday dinner!). The third is a low fat macaroni and cheese recipe from Weight Waters that has really good flavor.  Below are the links: all tasted great. Hope you enjoy them.

Lighter Mac and cheese (from Weight Watchers)

Roasted asparagus

Guernsey Buttermilk Biscuits aren’t healthy, but boy are they good!

Happy Thanksgiving!
