Saturday night dinner

My husband wanted a traditional dinner of steak, potato and green beans (one of the few green vegetables he can eat). I don’t really care for steak, so while waiting for the meat to marinate in a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, seasoned pepper and garlic powder, I made a pasta dinner for myself. This recipe for Pasta with Corn and Kale came from The September issue of Food Network Magazine. If you don’t like the bitter taste of kale, use the Tuscan variety in the recipe. It is much less bitter. Here is the link:
